The powerful strategic benefits of well crafted corporate culture that is deliberately and consistently deployed are not well understood or are under-estimated. Lisa highlighted these benefits and the missed opportunities that a strategically aligned and empowering culture can deliver to those companies. She presented compelling examples of where this has occurred successfully. Her presentation to our syndicate members in a small group session was challenging and thought provoking. Thank you for two fantastic presentations at The Professionals Sales Conference. Each talk was loaded with lots of good practical take away points. It was also fantastic to meet you and speak in person. As discussed, training for real estate sales people is abundantly available whilst as a new business owner it seems training is much more scarce.

Bruce had the difficult job of being the closing presenter at the Rotary Youth Leadership Programme.  From the start he captivated the 30 young leaders in the room, making his leadership points clearly with interesting and real stories. It is amazing to see someone with such an extensive corporate background connecting so well with young people starting out their careers.  Everyone in the room could relate to the messages & there were many.  Outstanding!
