Bruce Cotterill has walked the walk and he has now very ably talked the talk. This book clearly identifies that excellence in business is a journey and not a destination. He has cleverly guided the reader down the leadership highway regardless of where they are commencing their trip. Bruce has considerable experience across a broad range of platforms and I found his ideas, examples and guidance insightful and, most importantly, practical. This book is a compelling read and there is something valuable in here for everyone, no matter what your experience or background may be. I am confident that it will provide added clarity and focus to your planning and help you with your leadership journey no matter how far down that road you are.

Bruce had the difficult job of being the closing presenter at the Rotary Youth Leadership Programme.  From the start he captivated the 30 young leaders in the room, making his leadership points clearly with interesting and real stories. It is amazing to see someone with such an extensive corporate background connecting so well with young people starting out their careers.  Everyone in the room could relate to the messages & there were many.  Outstanding!

Lisa has challenged me more than just about anyone, and that’s no mean feat. As a former Commando Officer and Green Beret with the British Royal Marines, and Great Britain Combined Services Rugby representative I’m used to being pushed to my limits – and beyond. With Lisa as my business coach I have managed to break through my own glass ceiling. In 6 months my profit  has grown 250%, and I’m happier than I’ve been in a very long time. We have much left to do to realise my vision – and we’ll be doing it together. Lisa is unwaivering in her support, insightful, and in many ways a visionary. She has a unique way of not pulling any punches, while being respectful and considerate.

You set the mood, the tone and appetite for more with your involvement and style that was sustained right through the day. Thank you for that and for being such a personable  and active force in the event.

Lisa delivered her Adapter Factor workshop to a select group of 2degrees change agents. The 1 day course received rave reviews with comments like “it was awesome I was engaged beginning to end”. The process also generated insightful change ideas that could be game changers for our business. I would highly recommend Lisa to your business if you’re serious about building innovation.
