Lisa delivered her Adapter Factor workshop to a select group of 2degrees change agents. The 1 day course received rave reviews with comments like “it was awesome I was engaged beginning to end”. The process also generated insightful change ideas that could be game changers for our business. I would highly recommend Lisa to your business if you’re serious about building innovation.

As I mentioned to you when we spoke at conference, I found you to be very inspirational. I have implemented many of your principles back in my store and had great success. Every staff member is working towards the same goal, and we have a quick meeting every morning to reinstate the day’s objectives. As managers we know that simplicity is the key to running an effective business but we tend to over complicate things and end up getting confused about our focus, not to mention staff getting confused as well. Listening to you speak, it made me remember why keeping it simple is so important and reinstating that daily with your principles has been an enormous help to me since conference.

I read a lot of business books and some of them we use as references as we coach executives and professional CEO’s to get incrementally better at their leadership craft. This book is one that will be used as a reference. It simplifies and offers practical advice based on Bruce’s business experience. Most importantly it reminds all of us leading in a complicated world that leadership is all about the connecting with “people” and getting things done.

I learnt a great deal out of the two days especially from Bruce’s stories. I walked around and talked to over 40 team members 4-5pm today. Feeling 10 feet tall and that’s actually one of the most enjoyable part of my career with ANZ to date.

I really enjoyed your talk. It was informative and entertaining. The beginning was fantastic when you started talking right next to me, and engaged the whole room by being in the audience and walking amongst us.  I was in Real Estate for 8 years and often saw speakers and trainers, but none as engaging as you.  Thanks again for your inspirational talk.

Thank you so much for the insightful, provocative and engaging presentations to The CEO Institute in New Zealand. The powerful strategic benefits of well crafted corporate culture that is deliberately and consistently deployed are not well understood or are under-estimated. Lisa highlighted these benefits and the missed opportunities that a strategically aligned and empowering culture can deliver to those companies. She presented compelling examples of where this has occurred successfully. Her presentation to our syndicate members in a small group session was challenging and thought provoking. I strongly recommend any CEO taking the time to sit down and have a good conversation with Lisa. She will challenge your understanding of how culture and strategy relate to each other and the very real opportunities for growth and strategic development that exist. It was no surprise that her session was very highly rated by our syndicate members.

I know for sure – if I can use all of Bruce’s advice I will have a team that strives every day, loves working for our company, has job satisfaction, understood what they need to do, were the culture they wanted to be, knew that I cared, and had a boss that was not afraid to break the mould for them!
