For a bunch of people who like to all think they do what they do best and know it all, you leave with a lot of questions and plans to better yourself.

Bruce had the difficult job of being the closing presenter at the Rotary Youth Leadership Programme.  From the start he captivated the 30 young leaders in the room, making his leadership points clearly with interesting and real stories. It is amazing to see someone with such an extensive corporate background connecting so well with young people starting out their careers.  Everyone in the room could relate to the messages & there were many.  Outstanding!

For over three decades I have observed Bruce transition from successful office solutions salesperson to inspiring Stanford Business School trained CEO, Director and Chairman.  In “The Best Leaders Don’t Shout” he now shares the lessons, insights and ideas, from his remarkable leadership journey.  I thoroughly recommend this book as compelling reading for any leader of business and people.

I read 50+ business books a year and in my humble opinion this is one of the best. Right up there with Dale Carnegie and Jim Collins. I am going to buy a copy for each of my SLT and we will use the framework as a catalyst for our strategy planning and execution in 2019

Working with Lisa helped us identify opportunities, and things our team were willing and able to develop and contribute to the business.
