We used Lisa and her in depth knowledge in November 2017 at our executive refocus days to review where our organisational culture had got to and where next to go. It was a great experience all round and brought clarity to our thinking. Bravo !

    Leanne Mash - CEO

I really enjoyed your talk. It was informative and entertaining. The beginning was fantastic when you started talking right next to me, and engaged the whole room by being in the audience and walking amongst us.  I was in Real Estate for 8 years and often saw speakers and trainers, but none as engaging as you.  Thanks again for your inspirational talk.

I flew from Christchurch for the Masterclass for Real Estate Managers course because I couldn’t find anything else like it on the market. It’s been the most fabulous workshop – lots of golden nuggets – don’t miss it.

Bruce’s delivery of this content is second to none. It is engaging, challenging, and most importantly RELEVANT. Bruce finds a way to relate to us all and despite presenting to a group I still felt like this was tailored exactly to my situation. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the insightful, provocative and engaging presentations to The CEO Institute in New Zealand. The powerful strategic benefits of well crafted corporate culture that is deliberately and consistently deployed are not well understood or are under-estimated. Lisa highlighted these benefits and the missed opportunities that a strategically aligned and empowering culture can deliver to those companies. She presented compelling examples of where this has occurred successfully. Her presentation to our syndicate members in a small group session was challenging and thought provoking. I strongly recommend any CEO taking the time to sit down and have a good conversation with Lisa. She will challenge your understanding of how culture and strategy relate to each other and the very real opportunities for growth and strategic development that exist. It was no surprise that her session was very highly rated by our syndicate members.

The confidence that comes with competence

It looks like we’ll have a new government locked in and ready to go some time in the next 24 hours. And I’m looking forward to seeing the new line-up in action. Of course to date, all we have seen from our new leaders is the infrequent discussions with the media about...

Green Party must rediscover its true colours

It’s time to have a conversation about Green politics in New Zealand. Of course, we already have a Green Party. But it seems to have strayed from its intended purpose. So much so that, as an interested voter, I’m not sure what it stands for any more. The Green Party...
